Alberta Express Entry Stream

Alberta Express Entry Stream

  • Effective June 14, 2018, the AINP has implemented a new Alberta Express Entry Stream.
  • Stream will allow Alberta to nominate a limited number of qualified applicants from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada’s Express Entry system.
  • Qualified candidates will be selected directly from the Express Entry pool by Alberta.
  • Candidates who have demonstrated strong ties to Alberta and who can help support the government’s economic development and diversification priorities will receive a Notification of Interest from Alberta. International graduates will also be considered under this stream.
  • If one receives a Notification of Interest letter from Alberta in federal Express Entry account one must email a copy of the Notification of Interest letter to the AINP @ AlbertaExpressEntry@gov.ab.ca within two weeks of receiving the letter from Immigration, Refugees, and Citizenship Canada.
  • The AINP will confirm information and send further instructions on the next step in the application process.
  • As on date, they have not provided any specific Alberta Occupation in Demand List

In case of any query of doubt, one can contact Alberta Information Service @ 1-877-427-6419 or submit an email using the email form at www.AlbertaCanada.com/contact-us
